For returns due to change of mind, wrong size/colour choice, or any reason not related to a fault or damage, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs.

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged item on arrival, or an error on our part, VitaalBoost will cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
