When You Can Request an Exchange

  • Manufacturing defects – All products are covered by a warranty.

  • Wrong item received – If your order arrives different from what you purchased.

📅 Time limits:

  • 7 calendar days – Request a cancellation/refund for online orders.

  • 90 days – Request an exchange for defects.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us by email with:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Item to be returned

    • Description of the issue

  2. We’ll review your request within 7 business days.

  3. Once approved, you can choose:

    • Full refund

    • Replacement with the same product

    • Similar value product

    • Voucher for future purchase


Refunds

  • Credit card: Processed within 7 business days; may take up to 120 days to appear on your statement (depends on your bank).

  • Bank transfer: Issued within 10 business days after inspection, to the same name used on the order.


Important

  • Products returned without prior notice, outside the deadline, missing items/tags/invoice will be sent back.

  • If an exchange is refused after inspection, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Return shipping costs for refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
